Loved this book, even though I didn’t agree with everything she said. Still very inspiring. This link will take you to some really great recipes.
So much fun. A true celebration of the long-lost ideal of the retro-housewife.
So many fun things to bless my home with. All homemade, VERY affordable, super fun and addictive.
Yeah, I’m obsessed. I have Noritake China (Fremont pattern) that I got at a thrift store for $25.00. TEN PIECE place setting people!! I figure I can justify a few expensive replacement pieces considering I have about 600.00 worth of China that I paid next to nothing for…right?
Fab recipes, GREAT money saving tips, homeschooling advice, did I mention great recipes?! One of my all time favorite discoveries.

Just amazing stuff in general. Homemade soaps, Homeschooling info…Country/farm living…and my latest interest, instructions for making your own laundry soap!
Where I started my cleaning journey. I really dont follow the list anymore, but it was the perfect detailed “to-do” list for me to start with. I knew how to clean, but the list reminded me of things I rarely thought of, like cleaning out the crumb tray of the toaster every Tuesday.
Happy Lurking!
